GENERAL INFORMATION

Minimum and maximum registration has been established. Our target audience is general plastic and reconstructive surgeons, facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons and cosmetic surgeons. Residents and fellows from U.S. accredited programs may enroll with a letter from the chairman of their departments. There is a special category for nurses, physicians assistants and foreign surgeons in training. A course in “Marketing your Practice”, is open to practice managers, nurses, spouses and exhibitors.

Advanced registration is strongly suggested. There is on site registration if space permitted. Please call in advance to make sure that there are remaining places available.

FEE: The registration fee for this three day symposium is $1500.00. If your registration is received prior to September 1, 2009, the fee will be $1300.00. The registration fee includes tuition, coffee breaks, luncheons and an opening reception. The fee for university accredited u.s. residents, fellows (must be accompanied by a letter from your department chairman) nurses and physicians assistants is $900.00. The fee for foreign surgeons in training (with accompanying letter) is $1100.00. The on site registration fee is $3000.00.

The registration fee for “marketing your practice”, held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 will be $250.00.

WITHDRAWALS: There is a $250.00 cancellation fee. All refund requests must be in writing and must be postmarked by November 10, 2009. There will be no refunds granted after that date and no exceptions of any kind can be made.

SOCIAL PROGRAM: Upon receipt of your registration form, you will be sent theater ticket, concert and cultural information.

TECHNICAL EXHIBETS: 35 technical exhibits, all pertaining to aesthetic plastic surgery and dermatology, will be available to all registrants, breakfast, coffee breaks and a reception will take place in the exhibit area
